- On a corner of Tsukiji, a wagyu butcher. The display case is the menu. Fresh-fried croquettes and menchi-katsu, just-made yakibuta, wagyu sold by weight. You pick it up at the counter and eat it right there. It's an easygoing spot for an everyday meal — no special occasion needed.
